SHIPPING & RETURNS
When will I receive my first box?
Your first Ko Skin Beauty Box may take up to 2-3 business days to process and ship after your initial order. For all monthly subscribers, after you receive your first box, you'll then fall into the regular shipping cycle. We ship out our boxes the 1st week of every month for monthly subscribers. Any orders received after for the current month's box will be shipped out within one week. We aim to ship our boxes out on a weekly basis. If you subscribed before the 1st, you'll receive a box for that calendar month. If you subscribed on or after the 1st, your first box will ship for the current calendar month.
When will I receive my shop (non-subscription box) orders?
We will aim to pack and dispatch your orders within 1-2 business days of ordering. Please check your tracking information daily for updates.
How are your boxes shipped?
Domestic (US): Our products are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You'll receive a USPS tracking email to the email address provided at checkout when your box ships.
International: Shipping carrier(s) will vary.
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard US shipping on all Ko Skin Beauty Monthly Subscriptions
Free standard US shipping on purchases with a subtotal $45 and over (excluding taxes and after promotional codes are applied)
Standard US shipping for purchases under $45 (3-7 business days): Prices may vary
Standard International Shipping to Canada (5-14 business days): Price starts at $10 but may vary depending on location and weight
You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
We will often run free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for them!

Do You Ship Internationally?
Ko Skin Beauty currently ships to Canada. International shipping currently applies to regular purchases only (non-subscription). We do offer both subscription and non-subscription options on our boxes so no worries there! International customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes. International shipping rates usually starts at $10 and are calculated depending on the weight of the package and are subject to change without notice. Taxes will be applied to your order at checkout.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments at this time.
How long will it take for my international package to arrive?
Your package will arrive within 5-14 business days.
Please note that this is an estimated time of arrival and is subject to change.
Where is my order?
If you have not received your order yet, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll follow up.
Returns can be made on full priced items within 14 days of your order date. Returned products must be new, unopened, and in original condition. Please note that one-time use products cannot be returned unless damaged in the delivery process. All of our products are checked for quality before dispatch but that doesn't ensure that the product(s) may be damaged in the delivery process. For all return inquiries, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and product(s) you’d like to return for shipping instructions within 14 days.
All sale items, special offers, discounts, website promotions, and purchases made during special events are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.
Once your return is received it'll be inspected and we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Please note that purchaser is responsible for original shipping fees and all return shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns that are refused after inspection will not be refunded.
Our policy for returning products is good for 14 days. If it's past 14 days since receiving your purchase, we won't be able to offer you a refund.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, Ko Skin Beauty assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 2-3 weeks.
When will I be billed?
You'll be billed for your first box with your initial purchase. Starting with your second box, you'll fall on our regular billing and shipping cycles which will occur on the 1st of the month you'll be receiving your next shipment.
What is the cut-off date to order a box?
The cut-off date to order the current month's box is on the last day of every month.
When will I be renewed (for subscribers)?
Ko Skin Beauty renews members once very 1, 2, or 3 months depending on how you have your subscription set up. Here's how it works:
- Ko Skin Beauty Boxes ships the 1st week of the month you'll be receiving your box
- Your Ko Skin Beauty subscription will renew once every 1, 2, or 3 months, always on the 1st of the month unless otherwise stated.
- If you joined before the 1st of the month, you'll receive that month's shipment and be renewed on the 1st of the following month for the following month’s box.
- If you joined on or after the 1st, your first box will ship with the following shipment and your subscription will be renewed on the 1st of the following month.
Remember, you'll never be renewed until after your first box has shipped.

What if I get an allergic reaction?
Although we aim to carry harsh-free products with high quality ingredients, allergic reactions may occur. If you know you are allergic to certain ingredients, please check the product descriptions and ingredients lists on our website before making an order. It is strongly recommended that you test the product on a small area of your skin first if you are unsure. If any reactions do occur, please discontinue use and seek medical attention if necessary. Ko Skin Beauty is not liable for any reactions that you develop and cannot offer replacement products or returns.
Where can I find the ingredients list?
All masks included in our Ko Skin Beauty Boxes can be found in our Shop section, along with ingredients list and other relevant information.
Are the products authentic?
Yes, we work very closely with all of our distributors and brands that we carry. We only choose brands that offer high-quality products with the best ingredients. All of our products come straight to us from Korea, or from Korean-inspired beauty brands from around the world. All our products are 100% authentic.
Is my product expired?
You may be looking at the manufacturing date instead of the expiration date. Korean companies like to put manufacturing dates instead of the expiration date. A general rule of thumb to follow can be 2-3 years from the manufacturing date if the package is unopened.
How do I update my information?
You can simply update your account information by logging in using your email address and password. From there you can update your billing, shipping and login information in just a few clicks.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
How does Ko Skin Beauty's monthly subscription box work?
Ko Skin Beauty offers premium quality and carefully curated Korean sheet mask boxes. We give you the option to subscribe to our boxes to help you keep up with your skincare regimen but please note that a subscription is not required. Our boxes are curated every season so you'll be receiving the same set of masks with at least 1-2 new masks each month to replace one of your current masks until the next season. All products are tested and hand selected by our founder, Tida Pin. By subscribing to a box, you'll receive carefully curated sheet masks delivered straight to your home every 1, 2, or 3 months depending on how you have your subscription set up. You can also easily manage your subscription plan under your account. You can skip deliveries or cancel your plan at any time! No commitment required.
Finding the best Korean skincare products is our passion. We'll only offer products that we've tested ourselves and believe in. We wouldn't put anything in the box that we wouldn't use ourselves but if you have any suggestions or brands you want to see on here, please let us know! We know that we’re not all created equal which is why we have a variety of boxes for you to choose from. Even better, you’ll have the option to shop the box in our Shop section if you find a mask that you love in our boxes!
Why subscribe vs. one-time delivery?
Subscribing to a monthly box is supposed to help you stay consistent with your skincare regimen. This will ensure that you use your masks before the next shipment comes. Staying on a consistent skincare regimen will help improve your skin overtime. Sheet masking will also make your routine more fun and exciting! Who doesn't love to feel pampered? Our subscribers will also take advantage of free shipping on their monthly boxes. There's no commitment and you can cancel anytime.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, once you log into your account you can click on Billing Schedule on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery you can click Skip to the right of each relevant delivery.
Can I be subscribed to more than one box?
Yes you can! Just simply click on subscribe to whichever box or boxes you want.
What payment methods are available?
We accept any valid credit card and amazon payments.
How can I cancel my Ko Skin Beauty Membership? (Cancellation Policy)
We’d hate to see you go but if you aren't completely satisfied with your Ko Skin Beauty subscription, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time. Remember that you have the option to make one-time purchases as well if you don't want to subscribe to our monthly plan.
You'll need to cancel prior to the renewal date which is on the 1st of each month in order to not get charged for the following month’s box.
Please note that if you do not cancel prior to the 1st day of a calendar month, you cannot be refunded for that month's shipment. We apologize but we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped.
